Threat
On 25th June 2019, leaves Beni for Bunia - onset of symptoms, then travels to Djalasiga which is 130KMs to Uganda border then travels to Ariwala
On 30 June 2019 she is confirmed with Ebola and dies. 203 contacts were identified and vaccinated - 11 were missing at the time and were suspected to have travelled to Arua.

Threat
On 8th July 2019, a fish monger/ trader travelled to Kasese, stayed in Mpondwe 8th to 11th July 2019, travelled back to Beni with signs and symptoms of VHF, later was confirmed with EVD and died in the ETU in Beni. 65 contacts were linked to this one and were vaccinated and followed up.

Threat
On 16th July 2019, 2 Ugandan Health workers cared for an EVD case in a private clinic in DRC - these were also considered high risk since they travel to Uganda to visit family members. One Health worker kept travelling between 2 clinic one in DRC - Umoja and Uganda - Agape. On 12th the heath worker is referred to Bwera ETU, he changes his mind and is taken to Butembo ETU where he died.
